What is Kidney disease? A brief explanation about kidney disease:  Our kidneys contain millions of tiny filtering units known as nephrons. Kidney disease occurs when these filtering units are damaged. The damaged occurs slowly over many years and often due to diabetes and high blood pressure. This will lead to building up of waste and fluids inside the body. It is called chronic kidney disease and the disease usually gets worse slowly until the kidneys fail, also called end-stage renal disease (ESRD). This is the last stage of chronic kidney disease which needs dialysis or a kidney transplant.   There is no known cure for chronic kidney disease with medicines. Medical treatment can only help to relieve symptoms, slow or prevent progression of the condition. Some people with kidney failure have well functioning-kidneys using dialysis for the rest of their lives. Some have kidney transplantation which may prolong their lives. Another type of kidney disease is acute kidney injury and caused by certain medications, illness, critically ill people, those already have chronic kidney disease, etc. The kidneys suddenly stop filtering waste products from your blood and can be fatal. Acute kidney damage typically happens when the kidneys' blood supply is abruptly cut off or when the kidneys are overloaded with toxins. Accidents, traumas, or post-operative complications that leave the kidneys without adequate blood supply for a prolonged length of time are all potential causes of acute kidney injury. Acute kidney injury can also start as a result of bee stings, medicine overdose, or an excessive amount of chemical treatments like antibiotics or chemotherapy. Contrary to chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury frequently results in renal recovery, allowing AKI patients to continue normal lives. Acute kidney injury patients frequently have a higher chance of developing renal failure in the future and require supportive care until their kidneys are functioning normally. There are numerous reasons of chronic renal failure. Diabetes mellitus and persistent, uncontrolled hypertension are the most frequent causes of chronic failure. An additional well-known cause of persistent failure is polycystic kidney disease. Most individuals with polycystic kidney disease have a family history of the condition. Kidney failure is also caused by other hereditary disorders. Prolonged use of over-the-counter drugs like ibuprofen and paracetamol can potentially cause renal failure. Kidney failure can be brought on by certain infectious illness agents, such as the hantavirus. If you have diabetes, the glucose stays in your blood and act like a poison which can damage the blood vessels in your kidney. A High blood pressure can damage blood vessels and the smaller blood vessels are usually affected first. Kidneys have small blood vessels that can be damaged by untreated high blood pressure. Low Urine Output

Urine Colors

Urine Colors White color – you have drunk too much water. You need to cut back. Check Your Feces

Check your feces. If your stool can meet the following patterns, then your intestines are healthy. Black stool may be you have taken iron supplements. or  (constipation problem) Stool that floats – If you have taken high fiber food (Or poor digestion due to gas) Stool does not float because you have taken too much fat. Sticky Poo:- Maybe you have eaten too much meat and high-fat diet. Try to eat dark leafy greens like kale and some chia seeds. Psyllium husk and oat may be helpful. If you cannot control your pooing, your kidney is weak. Try to eat the 'Kidney Tonic' as suggested above.
